Ingredients

Sprout tops are the edible tops of the Brussel Sprouts plant. I love them! Sprout plants are one of the most nutritious greens you can find.

To make a simple side dish with minimum effort.
You will need
Sprout Tops
1 tbsp butter VE
Salt and Pepper

Directions

Simply shred the sprout tops, including the stem. Steam until tender, which takes about 8 minutes. Add to a bowl with vegan butter and mix to coat the leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
