Mandarin Sesame Vinaigrette

Mandarin Sesame Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2 tbsp of tamari
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp of neutral flavoured oil (such as sunflower or canola oil)
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 mandarins, skin zested (finely grated) and segments chopped

Directions

Stir together. This vinaigrette goes very well in a salad with such ingredients as avocado, lettuce, spring onion and chicken.

The powerful flavours and amazing vibrancy of colour of the herbs and vegetables is second to none; I got excited for the first time in years about parsley such was the quality of flavour and smell!
